1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup raw sugar
1 cup buttermilk (made by mixing 1 cup water with 1 tbsp thick yogurt)
¼ cup sunflower oil (minus 1 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chopped pistachios and almonds
100g dark chocolate, melted
Sift flour cocoa and baking soda.
Melt chocolate and keep aside.
Mix buttermilk, sugar, vanilla essence and oil. Add the chopped nuts.
Make a hole in centre of flour mix and pour the liquid mixture. Mix with spatula. Halfway through mixing,add the melted chocolate and mix till incorporated.
Now pour into pan and bake at 160 C for 15-18 mins.
Refrigerate overnight and slice next morning.
