Dark chocolate brownies with almonds and pistachios 


1 Cup all purpose flour

1 cup wheat flour

1/2 cup sunflower oil

200 gram dark chocolate melted

1/2 cup dark cocoa

11/4 cup raw sugar

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped almond

1/2 cup chopped pistachios

1 1/2 cup buttermilk

METHOD
Preheat oven @ 180 C.

Sift together flour, cocoa & baking soda in a mixing bowl.

Melt chocolate in microwave on High for 1 minute, stir oil into it.
Mix in sugar, buttermilk , vanilla essence & nuts.  stir well. Add dry to wet ingredients, add melted chocolate & combine until well incorporated. If still very thick add 1-2 tablespoons of water.

Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Refrigerate overnight and slice in the morning. Serve with a glass of milk.
