Coriander 1 bunch
Onion chop 1 tbsp
Garlic chop 1 pod
Raisins 1 tsp
Coconut 1 tsp
In a little oil, sauté the garlic onion and coconut for 30 seconds. Add coriander, raisins and toss.
Grind in mixer till smooth. Salt to taste.
Serve with roti, dosa or as a dip!
