Butterfly pasta in Pumpkin sauce

Butterfly shaped pasta 500 grams cooked
Pumpkin 500 gms
Tomato 1 ripe
Garlic 2 pods
Basil, fresh or dry
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt

Sauté tomatoes, garlic and pumpkin in olive oil. Cool and purée coarsely.
Olive oil in pan, sauté the purée for few mins . Season with basil, salt and pepper.
This was birthday dinner for my one year old. She relished every bite.
