Cut out bread, pasta and cereals made from wheat.
Eat plenty of pears, apples, peaches, avocados and apricots.
Walk briskly for 30 minutes a day.
First thing in the morning or last thing at night, do 20 minutes of yoga ( ONLY after week 14).
Have lots of cuddles with your partner – your baby will feel whatever you feel.
Dream up a lovely ‘safe place’ to go to in self-hypnosis.
Make your own self-hypnosis tape.
Have a new thought about your baby every day – your first walk together, first bath and so on.
Every day from week 38, spend a short time visualising your cervix opening and thinning.
