Banana Raisin wheat loaf

A loaf with a good crumb, not too light but at the same time not dense. Perfect for breakfast, healthy too . Sugar can be adjusted acc to individual preference.

Dry-
Whole wheat flour 1 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
sugar 1/4 cup

Wet-
Bananas 2 ripe
Applesauce 1/4 cup
Oil 3 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Raisins 3 tbsp

Put bananas and raisins in a mixer and puree. Add remaining wet ingredients and sugar into it.
Sift flour with baking soda and salt
Add the wet mixture into the dry and quickly fold. Do not overmix.
Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake 30 mins at 160-175 deg C
