This is a moist and flavorful decadent bread that tastes just like chocolate cake . The coffee adds to the overall oomph factor but feel free to leave it out. This recipe is adapted from live.love.learn.eat.blog , one of my favorite vegan blogs. I love the recipes there, I love the writer and how compassionate and real she is and I feel so connected to Tiffany as a person even though we live continents apart!
